Designed specifically to chase snapper and other desirable species on “slider” type lures of any size throughout New Zealand. The super lightweight 46T graphite blank with revolutionary UMR technology makes this rod extraordinarily lightweight and sensitive yet still capable of going toe-to-toe with New Zealand’s hard fighting sports and table fish. The soft tip section is ideal for working sliders imparting plenty of subtle action. Once loaded up the forgiving mid section ensures pulled hooks are kept to a minimum during the fight, while the butt section has huge reserves of power for stopping fish in a hurry when necessary.
Utilising the ultimate in new rod building technology, the Kotare range of slow jig rods has something to suit every lure fisherman’s needs. The ground-breaking 46T graphite blanks are incredibly lightweight and sensitive, while the new UMR technology reduces the risk of breakages often associated with high-modulus carbon rods.
